Dylan is an average 17 year old girl with a history she never forgets. She then meets Aaron who seems like the perfect boy. After a lot of hospital visits, the romance between Dylan and Aaron will take a turn that will change everyone's life forever. When love seems perfect to Dylan, Aaron has no perfect life.
