My thoughts on body image, eating disorders, society's double standards and hypocriticism,  mental and physical health, and my own experiences. I wanted to share things that I've gone through and am going through to strangers. One, because I'm strangely more comfortable with that, and two, maybe someone might need to see a little bit of light in the dark place they're in right now.
