Hetalia x the weathered head at Onigashima

The sequel to Enbizaka Tailor Shop. The young tailor is sentenced guilty for the murders he commited. As a punishment for this crime , he is decapitated and his head is put on the center of Onigashima, where Enbizaka. A young priestess who passes through that place , starts wondering what sin had this head commited and why he did it. It is also turned that she was the tailor's real wife, whom he thought as dead.
