Peter Parker has just moved into the Avenger's tower after Aunt May die's also in this Tony Nat and Captain America are all still alive and strange did do the spell making everyone forget peter but he surprised peter and kept the Avenger's MJ and Ned all having their memories of him. Peter is still spiderman aswell.
