Tommy's excitement screeched to a halt at that. "Get Warden, too. We need someone who can breathe smoke to get in there and help us look." Erebus continued, but Tommy wasn't really paying attention.
People? What did he mean by people? There weren't any people in the tower- it was nearly 2 am. Why would there be people at a news station at 2 in the morning??
The Villain League would never intentionally hurt innocent people.
