The story of a bard named Cedric and his traveling companions, wanting nothing more than to sing, dance and have great memories together. Until the very night, he finds out hunters in the village he was staying in, have been cautious in keeping their "treasure" from public view. Out of curiosity, Cedric went to discover the prized possession that these hunters were after. As he gazed upon the treasure, it wasn't just any creature or artifact, but a beautiful butterfly maiden. Why was she caught? Could there be something more than what meets the eye? Will their encounter be for greater good of their life or will it only cause a devastating ending to these travelers?
[Quick reminder: This story is not with the intention of being perfectly made in anyway. It is simply for me to store my own stories in writing, have fun and have a much easier way of remembering them and store them as I go. The writing will not be perfect, since I am not an expert on writing, but I do intend to learn for my own future projects.]
