When Adryn and Wesker met, no one could have seen where they would end up. Especially with all of the people trying to stop their relationship. Through all of the trials and the negativity, they were able to build something that would last for eternity.
[Adryn does commit suicide in the prologue, but she doesn't stay dead. It is mentioned a few times throughout the story. Along with mental health issues and mentions of a miscarriage.]
