I know recent events in the anime aren't doing well. But... I'm still doing this fanonic idea!
Dabi is remembers something about 1a. They are teens. And what do teens usually have between their class? A group chat.
It doesn't take him long to hack himself into the group. But though no one really knows who he is, he already dug himself a grave of chaos. But he ain't going on alone.

So I'm probably not going to get the answer I want from the Manga and this whole thing is a creation of my own on the 'lost years' of Touya Todoroki.
