Don was messing around in his lab with a mysterious crystal they stole from the Foot Clan. It had red glow and seemed to hold some kind of power. Don held it up to his face inspecting only to drop it when he heard a crash behind him. When he turned around he was met with a red portal and faint voices coming from the other side
Each chapter will follow a different character's perspective, although the story will remain in 3rd person.
The story takes place before the ROTTMNT movie and before season of 2k12.

Mikey was always the one who tried to make things better, but he noticed things between them all have changed. Donnie is more obsessed with his lair and invention. Raph likes to cause fights with Leo at times and everything is just chaos. Mikey decides that after he's done with a single fight, he goes off to try and gain some peace, but he runs into someone. Big Mama's so-called assistant was discarded after Big Mama gained "Shadow Fiend", so the assistant ran off in fear of being killed. But the odd thing is that there is more to the mutant than meets the eye. For one, she's a mutant turtle hybrid and is living on the streets of the surface. So what happens when her usual stealing is stopped by Mikey? A friend of mine made the silhouettes of the turtles but I made the cover with Canva.
