Dev as usual was day dreaming but this time it was something that no one ever thought of. What if there is a country who has a military of modern world of 2030, Powerhouse character from different anime and manga's and all the other fictions with Harem too? All of this in Literally New World. New World of One Piece.
Follow Dev on his journey to create his ideal country. An real utopia who makes World Government and it's Marines look like a bitch.
