When Jules "JJ" Astor was young, she lived on the South Side, & had alcoholic & abusive parents, causing for her to constantly fear for her safety around them, & to constantly be at the Gallaghers.
That was until, at the mere age of 6, after getting an opportunity from a couple of street 'junkies' to run away, she took it, simultaneously packing all her stuff & leaving.
& it wasn't the typical run away, where the child would come back the same day.
She was serious.
She moved to Korea & built a life for herself with the 'junkies'.
11 years later, at 16, having changed her name to Avian Drew, successful & doing amazing for herself, she took the risk of running into any of the Gallaghers, & visited one of the business spots in Chicago.
Unfortunately, for her, she ran into a Gallagher, then the rest, who she's been shoving in her past all this time.
The skeletons of her past have come out, & definitely not to play.
