Amanda Banner has worked her way into her dream job of running a Victorian house museum. Left alone in the sprawling manor, Amanda finds that not everything is as it appears. Apparitions roam the halls, items move when they're not supposed to, and suddenly a mirror begins to shimmer. As Amanda approaches the strange mirror she is catapulted into 1880 and directly into the arms of Matthew Robertson, one of the first residents to live in the mansion. Tensions run high as Amanda tries to navigate Victorian social etiquettes, attempts to find a way home, and battles the emotional fury that erupts every time she and Matthew draw near each other. Will Amanda make it back to her own time, or will she be forced to learn to live in a time long since past?
