Asia's largest air show has begun. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 14th Aero India 2023 show at the Yalahanka air training ground on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Later, he watched many flight maneuvers. On this occasion, Modi said that this show will stand as a runway for many opportunities. Bangalore Airport is the platform to showcase the capabilities of the new India. Aero India reflects Bana's strengths and capabilities.
It is not just a show but a symbol of our confidence. Almost 100 countries are participating in our show today, it is clear how much faith the world has in India. Now our country is not only a market for foreign defense products, but has become a strong defense partner for many countries. Modi revealed that India is moving towards becoming the world's largest defense exporter.Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraju Bommai and others participated in this programme.
