These stories I'm about to share come from the real accounts of those who work on the North western railway numbered 1-7. These peoples stories follow their journey before and while working on the railway, from its early days to where it is now.

Funny little AU because they keep popping into my wheelie bin of a brain but how and ever. A huge majority of this story will probably be in Liam's P.O.V by the way. This takes place during the time Liam and Bryce were in The Waiting Room messing up the radio numbers. When they get separated after ONE of their many mix ups, Bryce is left with the laptop and Liam? Who knows where he is or what'll happen to him. All he knows is that he's in a sort of metal room and is greeted by these tall odd figures... Im not gonna spoil much of this plot so you'll figure it out once you read! Quick little mentions here, this story will contain censored swearing/cursing, little bits of sodapack here and there, mentions of blood, death, being hurt? I'm not exactly sure how to word it, needles, self-offing, alcohol/alcoholism. Some other things may apply but I will update if so. ONE is made by Cheesy hfj on YouTube and I recommend checking it out if you haven't already and also like the Double Host AU, this will have my cringy and bad writing! Enjoy :)

But then, a black engine was pushed by the trucks into a field. I rescued him with the breakdown train, and Sir Topham Hatt awarded me with my own special coaches and my own branch line! Now I can work by myself and see the other engines pass by. They can shunt their coaches themself for all I care." (You'd be surprised at how big the fandom is) After the crap that was the HiT era, which was what inspired me to do this in the first, the Sharon Miller era, the Big World Big Adventures era, and the cartoon crap that the Reverend Wilbert Awdry was against that's coming up this fall, I've decided to take it upon myself to rewrite everything Thomas in a more detailed literary format. I aim to fix everything in S8-16 and S22-24, and what's coming next. The man stooped a bit, leaning close to her and taking the seatbelt from her hands. He was holding eye contact and Lyla felt herself grow amused as she stared back at him. He was going to start buckling her up before someone cleared their throat loudly. They both looked up to meet Reeds' blue-green eyes. ''I think I can help my wife, thank you,'' he said. Lyla's eyebrows shot up. The dude barely talked to her and he was already getting possessive? How does that even add up? Reeds stopped taking the two parts of the seat belt in his hands, ''you couldn't do this without help?'' he muttered to her savagely. Lyla glared at him, before he could even get the belt close to her she took it from his hands and snapped it in the right place. She gave him a sickly sweet smile and Reeds simply scoffed and walked to his seat. The rest of the plane ride was quiet. One would think after that small exchange they would start having some kind of conversation. Wrong. ___________________ This isn't a cliche story where the girl falls for the guy by a simply little gaze. She's stubborn, she's maybe a little relatable, and she's assertive. But she didn't think she was for him. Lyla Vell; the name itself oozed the confidence which was her, and Ryersoon Reeds? Two words to describe him: Arrogant and plain painful. And when these two personalities are in an arranged marriage. Shit about to go down. ___ This is my first Wattpad story. Hope you'll like it! This entire story is NOT mature. Only the last few chapters are and you can still finish the plot without reading those few mature chapters. For those who are hesitant to read the story because it is tagged mature, I'm promising you only the last few chapters are mature, you can read chapters 1-19 without any disturbance of smut. Undercover - Steam Power - Book 5 de ziffdion

Denny, Licia, Miguel and I had been kidnapped by a press gang and forced aboard His Majesty's Ship Curious, a 20 gun sailing frigate. (Book 4 Undercover Curiousers). When the ship ran aground, we escaped, but, in 1778, the British Royal Navy hung deserters. The only way we could avoid this fate was to find work in the copper and tin mines at the far south west of England. These mines were essential to the war against the French navy and employees were exempt from military service. On the way west, we fought off some highway men and joined up with the famous British engineer James Watt. He was heading for one of the mines to repair a steam engines used to prevent the mine from flooding. Our carriage driver got lost along the way and we discovered that the locals were suspicious of all foreigners and not at all helpful. While Denny was helping Mr Watt to repair his steam engine at the Ting Tang mine, Licia, Miguel and I found out that the local mechanic had been sabotaging the engine. The local coal merchants feared the loss of sales (because Mr Watt's engine was more efficient) and were paying him to make the engine burn more coal. We tricked the saboteurs to prevent them damaging the engine and Mr Watt successfully demonstrated that the engine rapidly lowered the water level in the mine and, as a by-product, supplied more water to drive the waterwheel and trip hammers used to process the tin ore. Dr Zhang found us and we returned to Plymouth narrowly avoiding a troop of red-coats searching for highway men and . . . deserters. Back in Ottawa we discovered someone had destroyed Oppy's software and were trying to bomb the electric bookcase.
