Turns out, Tony was in a coma and in a lab after suffering from pneumonia for quite some time which later turned into pulmonary fibrosis. Meanwhile, Dr Hayley knew that the Wild Boys would have to face another foe while Tony needed to rely on a ventilator for a while until she could try to put him on just supplemental oxygen.
