The Poetry Box

"Poetry is just the evidence of life. If your life is burning well, poetry is just the ash." ~Leonard Cohan.

So, this is just the 'ash' of my life. The muddled thoughts I've formed into words and verses, rhymes and lines.
Some may be pitifully bad, the product of swirling thoughts and late nights.
Others may be softly striking, whether it be to the heart or to the eyes.
But they are my creations and I love them equally, for they are the words that speak my mind.
