When Espio leaves the resistance without a note, Letter or Message, Mighty starts to worry about the chameleon. The reason Espio is gone is because he has been held captive by a  black and white chameleon named Arkansas a dangerous enemy of the Shinobi clan and Espio's Mother's sister.

Rouge is the secondary antagonist of the story. She is sent on a mission to find and capture Mighty the Armadillo. So she constantly watches his every move.
