In an alternate universe, Darius, Kenji, and Brooklynn never sneak out to go search for the Compies, OR fall into the Raptor Pen. The six campers all end up going to Wu's Lab. But in a turn of events, Ben doesn't imprint on Bumpy. Rather, it is DARIUS that imprints on an animal. How would this change the story? Well, I have NO idea, so let's explore this concept together, shall we?
