Serendipity just finished her last year at Brior University and has finally put to rest her hopeless crush on Malek Adams, the achingly beautiful and emotionally unavailable Teaching Assistant for one of her previous classes. They would never work anyways. She's an eternal optimist who greets each day with warmth and positivity. He's an eternal pessimist with a permanent scowl on his face. He's borderline rude 90% of the time and so cold.
But once summer hits, they are suddenly forced to work and spend time together since they both signed up to chaperone the same trip to Hawaii.
