Aric, a young man in 700 AD, was born into a family of farmers. He grew up with a strong work ethic, always helping his parents with the farm chores. However, Aric had bigger dreams. He yearned for adventure and a life beyond the farm.
One day, a group of travelers passed through his village. Among them was a beautiful woman named Eira. Aric was immediately drawn to her and struck up a conversation. Eira was a skilled archer and was traveling to the next village to participate in an archery competition.
Aric was determined to see Eira again and decided to accompany her on her journey. Along the way, they faced many challenges, including harsh weather and dangerous animals. Despite the obstacles, Aric and Eira grew closer and fell in love.
When they finally arrived at the archery competition, they discovered that the reigning champion was a fierce warrior who had never been defeated. Aric decided to enter the competition to prove his worth and win Eira's heart.
Despite being an inexperienced archer, Aric used his determination and courage to fight through the competition. In the final round, he faced the reigning champion and the two engaged in an intense battle. Aric emerged victorious, and Eira was overjoyed.
The journey home was filled with joy and happiness. Aric had found the adventure he had been seeking and had found love with Eira. As they arrived back in their village, Aric knew that he would never forget the journey he had taken or the love that he had found.

This story really starts in the middle. Ari, who often goes by A, is propped up against a tree in the middle of a forest with a dagger in her stomach. She's lost a lot of blood already, and she keeps losing more. Helios is kneeling next to her, and they're both trying to figure out what to do. I'll start at the beginning, though. Ari is a wanderer, traveller, adventurer, and lots of other things. She doesn't have a home, until one day she does. She's chased into the Akiire territory by the Akiire's enemies; the Tesera. Luckily for her, the chief of the Akiire tribe takes her in. Akiire medicine men and women fuss over her until they're sure she's safe. Then the Akiire initate her as a member of their tribe. She gladly accepts. She's started to like it there, after all. Then Helios starts talking to her. He's nothing special in the tribe. He's a good warrior, but all the warriors are good.
