Meanwhile, young Grace grows up on the run, eventually turning into a thief. When the Queen's curse is unleashed, the poor girl is caught under the spell of the dark one. She is kept under a sleeping curse in a secret room of Rumplestiltskin's. When Emma breaks the curse, Grace finds herself awake in a whole new world. With her magical abilities growing, the girl finds herself at the center of new dangers at every turn.

She finds herself a new family with the Charmings, but can't help but wonder if her father is out there looking for her somewhere or if her dreams are merely the faith of the child that she finds herself to be.
