When a Chaos cult rises up within the underhive of Tertius, a small team of Imperial Guardsmen are dispatched to root out the heretics and restore order. Led by the steely-eyed Sergeant Scolar, the squad battles through the twisting tunnels and claustrophobic corridors of the hive, facing unimaginable horrors and fiendish traps at every turn.

But the cultists are not alone in their quest for power. A band of Chaos Space Marines has arrived on Primus, seeking to use the cult's dark rituals to open a warp rift and unleash a horde of daemons upon the world.

As the Imperial defenders struggle to hold the line, the cultists and their twisted allies launch a devastating assault on the hive's defenses.
