These people are called Hunters or Huntresses. There are schools for these people to learn to use magic all around the world, and Owl Eye Academy is the most prestigious one in America. It's been six months since the whole Haydn incident. Darkness and Light are back where they belong- wherever that is- and things are starting to return back to what is considered seemingly normal.
