This book is a compilation of poems that I have recently been working on. They will be raw and real and from my heart. They may make you laugh, they may make you cry, but in the entirety of it all, this is how I feel or how I have felt in the past. Enjoy. Trigger warning!!! Some of these poems speak of death, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, as well as childhood trauma (PTSD/BPD)
