Betty Marie Thorn is an American thrown into the wreckage of WW2, not by choice, she didn't even want to be in Germany but her father thought money was more important than his only daughter. After he makes a deal with the evil super-mind Dr. Arnim Zola, Betty is taken to Germany where she is used for experiments. One day she finds a way to leave where she was being held captive and finds a cover as a nurse working with the Blue Spaders (infantry Steve Rogers was in).
What happens when she catches the eye of Sergeant James Buchanan Barnes and he figures out her past and her current secret? How will it play out when her past catches up with ,not only her , but Sergeant Barnes?
