I wanted you guys to note a couple things.
1. I won't be getting too deep into the family business. It's a mob family, it will affect the story, but that's about it
2. Italics represent past conversations and internal conversations.
3. We wouldn't see much of Oberoi family as the story revolves around Shivaay being the one without parents and siblings and Annika with the mafia family. (It just worked better for the plot)
