As being quirkless became more and more rare, the discrimination also went up. So what would happen when a not so friendly prank on a poor quirkless boy goes awry? Nothing good that's for sure. A new, very dangerous vigilante arises from the depths, but can one attention seeking hero right the wrong? Can she fix a broken boy, or will she be fighting an uphill battle? Only time will give those answers.

After years after his mother's death, things have took a great turn. He was diagnosed with a dormant quirk that only takes a miracle to awaken.
