In a world populated by winged humanoids, called Avians, there's a legend that everyone knows of and most everyone believes -- There are butterflies that follow the most pure Avians around as helpful guides. Why do the butterflies do this? There are multiple theories, from ancestors of the Avians to even being sent from gods as guardian Spirits.
However, No one really knows..
You may be wondering, if this is just a legend, why is it believed by most Avians?
Well the legend is true. However, as decades went by it's became a rarer sight..
Most of the time these butterflies started to help in secret for reasons nobody really understands.
This story, however, is of one of those Avian guided by butterflies who hid, and how that changed..

You may still like this even if you don't like fantasy. It's more like a normalization of angelic humans. There's plenty of gay adorableness and cuddles. Based in a world in which everyone is an angel and must earn an ability not inherited through family. It seems random but it's not in the slightest. Each matches ones personality. **Story complete!** Dima, the disowned heir of a nobel family, and Miya the pious legacy of a family of peacekeeping giant moths, are your standard white saviors sent by god to save the people of lower society from themselves. They start their mission as honorable law enforcement officers specially trained to render criminals incapable of repeating offenses, all the while sparing each life for its sacred value. How kind of them... However, after bearing witness to some fellow officers committing atrocities, and bringing a stop to it, Dima and Miya feel like missionary work may better suit them. Though before they can act on their new calling, those officers they "rendered incapable of repeating offenses" take their revenge, which ultimately strands Dima and Miya among those they sought to save. Deep in the slums of society and under the care of a struggling family. No problem. Your place in society is a simple matter of your abundance of virtues and minimal vices. So it is only a matter of time before their virtues place them back where they belong and justice can be served... If only the world were so simple.Complete

Xisuma noticed him approaching the group. "I see this is everyone who'll be coming today." He informed them all, a few heads turning to greet Grian how greeted them back. "That is all I suppose." Mambo replied with a nod, "So why exactly are we here?" he spoke again, asking the question that everyone gathered around was wondering. Xisuma just side, stepping aside letting everyone quickly gather around. Everyone around became puzzled at the sight in front of them. "....What...is that..." Someone within the crowd had asked in a clearly perplexed tone. "An egg idiot." Another voice piped up from within the crowd. Said egg was currently resting on what seemed to be a rushed nest of sorts. The egg was not an ordinary egg that's for sure, it was significantly bigger compared to a chicken's egg, it one could have assumed to was some sort of dragon egg (which grian heard someone suggest) but the egg was smaller than that and a whole different colour (which was a clean white somehow).
