In a world populated by winged humanoids, called Avians, there's a legend that everyone knows of and most everyone believes -- There are butterflies that follow the most pure Avians around as helpful guides. Why do the butterflies do this? There are multiple theories, from ancestors of the Avians to even being sent from gods as guardian Spirits. 
However, No one really knows.. 

You may be wondering, if this is just a legend, why is it believed by most Avians?

Well the legend is true. However, as decades went by it's became a rarer sight.. 
Most of the time these butterflies started to help in secret for reasons nobody really understands. 

This story, however, is of one of those Avian guided by butterflies who hid, and how that changed..

An old school legend says forty years ago a girl with a blue, purple and green butterfly tattoo vanished into her house, the day after her mother died, and was never seen again. Now thirty years after being declared dead a mysterious eight year old appears in the middle of the street in front of her house. She has no name or past and the doctors closest DNA match is a girl that's been dead for thirty years. When Aponicho goes back to the house four years later in a "dream" she finds clues she's not who she thought she was. Maybe even clues she's not human. Little does Lexi, Aponicho's best friend, know there's a dark shadow hanging over her little home town Butterfly Peak. Something for years has been catching the children and returning them with no apparent harm or knowledge of what happened. A place where the butterflies hatch out in strange colors is fascinating indeed but what dark secrets hide underneath Butterfly Peak's paved streets? A set of twin sky spirit's gaurd a mysterious set and will lead them and the first moth to the world they truely belong. Yet in reality there is no happy endings so what goes wrong and who disapears? Winnie was now trying to poke the apple to see if it would react to her the same way before nudging it to her friend and watching it heat up a little before Skyler pulled her hand away. "Winnie," she scolded really starting to freak out. "What? It was for science purposes. Multiple trials," Winnie responded. "What the hell is happening to me," Sky asked worried. "Maybe you have super powers," Winnie proposed. "Maybe I'm dying from some weird chemical reaction," Skyler pointed out. "Always so negative. Try to look on the up side sometimes," Winnie teased. "What if I'm dying," Skyler asked worried. "It was nice knowing you," Winnie said jokingly. That wasn't what the girl needed to hear. "Look," Winnie interjected realizing she wasn't helping, "You aren't dying. We can google it and find out what's going on I'm sure there's a reason." Sky nodded quietly. She didn't know what else to do. Something was wrong with her. Something in her said it had to do with that beast they saw.

Pepper is a 15 year old wingless. The last one in his whole grade. Everyone picks on him and hates him for it, but he especially hates himself for it. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin. Being able to tamper with gravity, will he keep Pepper on the ground or will he float away. *WARNING* This is a boyxboy and if you aren't cool with that just don't read it. It does have some triggering stuff like abuse and i'm afraid it might be to important to just give you a warning to skip. I think that covers it. Enjoy the story.

Kidnapped by the government, He was given two options: fight for them against other unknown monsters or die. The decision was easy, Dayvawn's new goal is to slay the creatures that dare harm humans.
