Gates of Egypt

When Lillian Wilder returns home from the hospital, her twin sister is desperate to finally be able to see her again. But, when their mother says that Lilly needs to rest, Harper decided that late that night was the best option to talk to her sister.

She finds Lilly in a trance, like she was possessed. Lilly tries to explain that she's not, but after losing consciousness, Harper desperately tries to wake her, but accidentally does the same to herself.

After waking up in the Duat, in front of the First Gate, the challenge begins.

In a series of 13 short stories, follow the story of Lilly and Harper as they attempt to pass through the 12 Gates of the Night, and prove themselves worthy of an eternal life.
