Princess Amelia was the youngest daughter of the King and Queen of the Kingdom of Eldoria. She was a beautiful and kind-hearted princess, loved by her people and admired for her wisdom and grace. Despite her royal status, she was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need and was respected by all who knew her.
But Princess Amelia had a secret that she had kept hidden from everyone, even her own family. She was not just a princess; she was also the lost heir to the throne of the neighboring Kingdom of Artenia.
Years ago, a terrible war had broken out between the two kingdoms, and in the chaos of battle, Princess Amelia's parents had fled with her and her older sister, Princess Isabella, to Eldoria. They had disguised themselves as commoners and started a new life in a small village, hoping to escape the violence and turmoil of their homeland.
For years, they had lived in secret, keeping their true identities hidden from everyone, even their daughters. They had never spoken of their past or the kingdom they had left behind, and Princess Amelia had grown up thinking that she was just a simple princess in a small kingdom.
But everything changed on the day that a messenger arrived in Eldoria with a letter from the King of Artenia. The letter stated that the King had fallen ill and that the only hope for the kingdom was to find the lost heir and bring her back to Artenia to rule in his place.
The news of Princess Amelia's true identity came as a shock to her, and she was torn between her love for her family in Eldoria and her duty to her people in Artenia. She knew that she had to make a choice, but the decision weighed heavily on her heart.
Princess Amelia knew that her life would never be the same, and she wondered what her future would hold. Ezra Beaumont, marquess of Winchester and future Duke, although thanks to his arrogance and narcissistic tendencies, he was sent to work down in the village with the local breadmaker in an attempt to humble him and make him a better person and better ruler by his parents the current Duke and Duchess of Winchester. Amelia's been trying to find her mother for as long as she can remember but all she has is a name. What neither Amelia nor Ezra knew, was that that name would connect them in a way neither would've ever imagined. She finds someone so broken under that cold exterior that she can't help but want to help him. They get thrown into a world of witches, wizards and magic and evil. They set off on a journey to become some of the most powerful witch and wizard to ever live, in order to defeat a great evil. Along the way, they recruit five other individuals each experienced in a different area of magic. Who will love and who will hate? Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. When her plans of leaving suddenly change, and she is forced to start attending the local school, her life takes a route that she hadn't accounted for. A new group of friends, a chance at a normal teenage life, even a potential love interest - things that Amelia had never even thought about happening after everything she'd been through. But happiness is only temporary in her life, and she knew that. It wasn't surprising to her when her past began to catch up with her present, it was simply a good thing that it had taken as long as it had. Things start happening in Amelia's life that simply don't make sense, even to her. They do say you should always keep an eye over your shoulder, especially when you know you're being hunted, but for Amelia, even an eye in every direction wouldn't be enough. It was told to every generations that only people with royal blood running through their veins can possess this kind of powers. All powers are divided and distinguished based on their runes that can be seen on the magic circle that appears behind a person's back whenever they unleashes the power. It determines how strong the power is and how long will it last when unleashed. This is a story about a girl who can open the path between the two worlds without even knowing what it really is.
