Akaza the upper rank three had an great hatred towards his both superiors. Douma and kokushibo. Akaza always plan revenge on them for making him feel humiliated and weak. but kokushibo and Douma think the complete opposite of Akaza. like in the anime Kokushibo admires Akaza but often humiliated him and punished him while Douma who never felt emotions liked to tease, annoy and mock Akaza. Daki has a secret crush on akaza Nakime likes Akaza and respect him so much.
