The story is about a man and a woman from Korea who were born and brought up there.

Although their paths are different, they keep running into each other due to what seems like fate. The only thing they have in common is their desire to achieve their dreams at any cost. They are willing to take on any challenge that comes their way to make their dreams a reality.
They go through many challenges to fulfill their ambitions, but when they finally succeed, they find themselves alone. They hide their feelings behind masks, so no one can see their vulnerabilities.

Years later, when they meet again, their reunion is not a happy one. One of them seeks revenge and wants to make their life a living hell, while the other just wants to move on and forget the past.

Their paths take a dramatic turn, and they are forced to confront their true selves. But what happens when their masks fall off? Will it destroy them both and end their stories, or will it be a new beginning?
