Sophia Ahmad has it all. Beautiful looks, adoring friends, a caring family, and an endless supply of money. What else could one teenage girl possibly want? Though, there is one problem that prevents Sophie from having a care-free and perfect life. That problem is: her religion.

Sophie hadn't told anyone that she was a Muslim or a Pakistani. All her classmates at Everstone High thinks she is an average American who likes to read. But there is more to Sophie then they think there is.
Then one day, out of the blue, two people from Sophie's past enter her life once again. Sophie's once smooth life is now shredded to pieces. Her friends that once adored her now hate her. Her family is taken away from her and is sent somewhere far away. All the money she used to have is snatched from her fingertips.
