The little girl pouts taking the book from the counter and points to it "Lookie they are so cute!"
The mother signed then took off her cross necklace "Listen baby..I., I want you to remember that.. " she places the necklace around the little girls neck. "Vampires are.."
The little girls face changed with a worry "are what momma?"
"Never mind.., just get some sleep" she kisses her head then walks out the door, She looked over to the window to see a dark shadow looking at her.
