This is a story that falls under the fantasy genre. The story revolves around wolves; however, these wolves are not your typical creatures. They possess higher intelligence and exhibit more social behavior. The wolves display complex relationships with one another and even experience what could be considered love interests.

This story is regarding wolves, wherein the main character undergoes a gradual transformation as the story unfolds. I won't give any more spoilers in regard to the main character, but the initial dominant figure happens to be a female wolf, commonly referred to as she-wolf in a couple of the parts, who exhibits a fierce career as a sled-dog in the bygone years, she has now attained adulthood and is a wild wolf dog.
