Bill Cipher has been reborn into a human after Dipper and Mabel left Gravity Falls as William rehpic.
(Caution! This is my first story so I know that it is bad and cringe)
If you haven't watched Gravity Falls please watch it before reading.
Btw Bill/Will is a year older than Dipper (Dipper is 17 and Bill/Will is 18)

Weirdmegedon was stopped. We won. Dipper and I went back to California and were going to live normal, happy lives. I should be happy. That's what they said. That's what they told me. But I started to notice something was off, someone was there. And he was out for revenge. No one can help me. Not even Dipper. I am alone. Side note: Picture Bill always in human form. And in this version, it starts in the middle of Weirdmeggedon, except Mabel knows the equation to break down the barrier, not Ford. And the twins are 15, not 12. I do not own Gravity Falls or the characters Nor do I own the cover. Since Weirdmageddon, Dipper could never get a certain Cipher out of his head. Originally, he assumed it was just hatred for the demon and him reflecting on what had happened that summer. But, he never could get the demon out of his mind. Never would Dipper have thought he'd see Bill again. Until one summer when Dipper was 17, he and his sister Mabel decided to head back to Gravity Falls. After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs.
