Kaeya is a wandering knight, traveling from one nation to another, protecting and helping those in need along the way. He makes a living, though not luxurious, he's content with the way he is.
He arrives at Inazuma with some difficulty but safe nonetheless. It was nearing night time so he decided to walk around a bit before finding a place to stay.
He soon finds out something interesting about the leading person of the Yashiro Commision, Kamisato Ayato. The man harboring feelings for someone? That certainly would be entertaining to see.
