What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way.
