Later learning 5 years ago when Dio woke at the age of 4 was he taken by him, as he saw his stand and was interested. Once Dio learned what it was he trained m/n to be a powerful soldier.

Despite fully understanding Dio was a bad person and deserved what he got, m/n couldn't speak bad about the way he was treated by him.

M/n having no one else and with a stand was m/n accepted by Joseph, and later Jotaro. The Kujo family being the one to raise m/n the rest of his childhood.

Once seeing Dio as a father now that being Jotaro m/n now 21 joins him in a new adventure to meet the lost son of Joseph. And defeat new evil.
