Book one - season one hbo and game

Violet Adams was only eight years old in Boston when the cordyceps outbreak occurred, she was left behind after watching her parents suffer dying tragically with a six month old sister, Lily, to protect, to keep alive, she was no longer a child as she forced herself to grow up and get shit done.

Over the years in Boston, her reputation for being cold and merciless spread as she grew in power, no one knew her name, but as soon as your home was marked you were dead.
Marked with a lily, a blood lily.
Maybe it was because of her insane combat skills or maybe it was when she shot, she never missed.
Happy endings aren't meant for the apocalypse but he gave her solace.

Joel Miller lost his daughter on outbreak night and could never forgive himself for his failure. When he met the fearsome Blood Lily when Tess brings her to his doorstep. They did not like each other at first or even after but as they spend time together travelling to transport Ellie to the fireflies, they soon realise they have more in common then realised.
Happy endings aren't made for the apocalypse but she gave him peace.

Laura knew the dangers of her world. Between Cordyceps and the survivors, she often wondered how she'd made it twenty years. Lacking a purpose, she acted as a FEDRA plant for the Fireflies before she became the guardian of an immune kid. Ellie. But, of course, her life wasn't challenging enough already. And so, to stay with her kid she'd have to work with 'Texas'. He was a reminder of why it was dangerous to let people in - a reminder of her biggest regret. Joel never forgot 'Quebec', a person with whom he'd shared parts of himself he never wanted seen. It was safe to do so with her, because they'd agreed never to share their real names. It was a failed attempt at emotional detachment, which was why he'd never admit how much it hurt when she'd left four years ago. But when they have to cooperate to get Ellie across the country, he's confronted with their entwined history. Joel just wants to survive long enough to find his brother, and all he can do is prevent Laura from pulling him in again. He didn't realise he was already drowning until they made code words. 'Silver' meant 'help'... God help anyone that made Laura say 'silver'. ||Joel Miller Fan-Fiction - The Last of Us|| ||basically a season 1 rewrite with a new OC and an epilogue correction to what will happen in season 2 iykyk - 🏌‍♀️|| ||canon-typical violence, swearing, and trauma I guess|| ||complete - undergoing edits|| notable rankings: #1 in joelmiller #1 in tlou #1 in thelastofus #1 in mutualpining #1 in foundfamily
Lilium in Bloom || A The Last of Us story. by KLouiseWrites
12 parts Complete Mature
They've been walking for days. The kind of walking that eats at your spine and leaves your thoughts screaming louder than the silence. After getting sidetracked by crumbling colonies and empty promises, Joel and Ellie are running low-on food, on bullets, on hope. That's when they see her. Alone. Hunched behind the rusted corpse of a car, hoodie drawn tight, one hand clenched around a blade that's already seen too much use. She doesn't beg. Doesn't speak at first. Just looks at them like she's deciding whether to fight or bleed out. Joel raises his gun. She doesn't flinch. "Go ahead," she says, voice flat. "Wouldn't be the worst thing that's happened to me." Ellie shifts. Joel doesn't lower the weapon. Not yet. They let her stick around-just for the night. That's what they tell themselves. She doesn't talk much, eats less. Sleeps with one eye open and a blade under her pillow. There's something broken in her. Not the kind you fix. The kind that cuts if you get too close. But they keep walking. And she keeps following. No one asks why. There's a story behind her silence, behind the bruises she won't explain and the nightmares that make her choke on her own breath. Joel sees it-he's lived it. Ellie feels it-like a weight shifting in their trio. A new presence. A new threat. Or maybe something else. They don't trust her. Not really. But they know better than to leave someone behind just because they're haunted. The world took everything from her-and what's left is sharp, angry, and dangerous. For a few days, they're not two-they're three. But nothing stays whole in this world. Not for long. TW

Only about a month or two after the end of her vengeance in Seattle, nineteen-year-old Ellie Williams wanders through the ruins of a world that has taken everything from her. Scarred, restless, and alone, she crosses paths with Cassian Holt - an assassin in his early 20's raised by the infamous Silver Fangs guild. Cassian is precise, ruthless, and utterly unreadable, a man who treats silence as both weapon and shield. To Ellie's frustration, he's also young, sharp-eyed, and dangerously pragmatic. When Cassian demonstrates his strange "bio-weapon" - a mysterious vial that melts a clicker's jaw like acid - Ellie's suspicion only deepens. He insists it's nothing more than chemistry, but Ellie can't shake the feeling he's hiding something darker. Against her better judgment, she falls into step with him, the bratty survivor clashing with the hooded killer in a tug-of-war between trust and defiance. She calls him "Cass" just to get under his skin. He calls her "kid" or "brat" because it fits too well. But in a world where love is a liability, where silence can mean survival, and where secrets can kill faster than Cordyceps Virus, Ellie finds herself asking the one question she swore she was done with: "Can I let myself care for someone again - or will I just watch him die too?" --- I do not claim ownership of the characters in this story outside any of my originals, such as the Silver Fangs & Cassian. I just write for fun, guys. All characters are written as my interpretations of them, so Be warned. Also, obviously, Mature themes included. Sex, Blood and Gore, Foul language, etc. You know the drill by now.
