Saving Private Ryan

Chapter 1:
It was 1944, we was in landing crafts going to Ohama Beach in France. I was sick to my stomach because of the waves pushing through on us, others we're sick because they ate too much. As we all was in two different rows I was in the second row in the main back with my father, who was the Captain. I closed my eyes and prayed that I would live past the war. I opened my eyes and saw everyone throwin' up, but a few; Sergeant Horvath was putting a chew in, so he wouldn't get sick I assumed. I heard the person driving the landing craft say "30 seconds" my father said loud enough so everyone could hear "Keep you're eyes open and don't do anything stupid." we all nodded our heads. I felt the landing craft hit the surface, it shook us all "The doors will open in three..two..one.." he screamed. Everyone in the main front sprinted, some lived and some did not. The Captain said "Jump over the sides of the landing craft." I raised up and gripped my hands at the top of landing craft.
