The evil Dr. Robotnik has taken over the Acorn kingdom and most of Mobius with his army of mechanical creations. Its up to Sonic the hedgehog and the Freedom Fighters to fight back against the mad doctor and save their home. They are not the only ones in this fight however, a mysterious stranger that has been living in the Great Forest meets up with the Freedom Fighters to provide some assistance. Sonic and his friends decided to help her find out why she's there and how to get home. A strange adventure rolls out ahead of the woman, bringing with it fear, bravery, excitment, friendship and even a hint of love. with all this, does she really want to go home?

A two part short prologue story that starts with with sonic and his friends living in a happy life on the planet Mobius. Meanwhile, the villianous Dr. Eggman is making a machine that could get rid of Sonic and his friends for good. Can Sonic and his friends be able to stop Dr. Eggman and his plans or will Dr. Eggman be able to succeed into his plan, or...will something else happen? Find out what happens in this short story.. This project and idea has been around a few years back and is being made by me and my best friend. This short story is just a prologue as it is the beginning of a special kinda of story, that will be in development after this prologue is out. The title "Project Emerald" is not the official title for the actually of whats to come. The title will be soon revealed during the development.
