Hailey Macher is beautiful, but highly insecure. She goes to Woodsboro high. She's an exceptional student. She's on the cheer squad. All the guys swoon over her. She doesn't care about those whimsy jocks though. She cares about one boy, her best friend, Randy Meeks. She's had strong feelings for him since they were six. She has a little secret though! She's secretly working with Billy and Stu. She acts super sweet, but she's just a ball of rage when it comes to killing. That's why Billy and Stu call her the Scream Queen. She's the sister to Stu Macher, so of course she takes after him. She's a year younger, so she's a junior, but she's much more vicious then her brother. I mean, her brother even said he was peer pressured by Stu, pathetic. She wasn't peer pressured, she just really liked the idea of horror movies and killing people, so when she found out what her brother was doing, she agreed to help.
