Bu when met with an ill decided fate, oppression can last only so long, secrets can be mumbled only so softly and the iron grip of the Committee could only squeeze so tight.

The last one standing will be freed and have their records wiped clean from any crimes. There's just one small issue. With Rowan's 18th birthday coming up just two days before the games start, she decides to fight for her life as it's the only way she has a chance of surviving.
