This story is different from "Yiling Laozu Disappear From The Cultivation World" but the first few paragraphs or so is the same but not all of it will be the same. 

After Wei Wuxian become unconscious he got taken back to Cloud Recesse. He remember what happen at the Guanyin Temple, "how in the world did I end up like this?"

Every time LWJ is near WWX, he has visions of the events that occurred later in the novel such as the Cloud Recesses burning, WWX giving his golden core to JC, WWX being thrown into burial mounds and WWX becoming the YP. He approaches WWX this time and hopes that he can protect him but is rejected constantly. So he summons most of the cultivation world to tell them about the visions he had seen." After the event from the Guanyin Temple everyone believe that it was Wei Wuxian who try to kill Lan Wangji. Some people in black enter into the temple they said that Yiling Laozu order them to kill everyone in the temple. Lan Wangji jump in front of Wei Wuxian and got himself stabbed by one of the black man. Wei Wuxian got taken back to Cloud Recesse, he was torture and got kick out from the cultivation world. The person who he cherish the most, love the most, promise him to stand by his side didn't believe in him, he betray Wei Wuxian like how everyone else betray him. 20 year later the whole cultivation world got attack by corpse and puppet from all directions. They know it wasn't Wei Wuxian because he is gone no one know where he is at. Now they want to search for Wei Wuxian to help them. But no matter how hard they try to find Wei Wuxian, they couldn't find him at all. #1 disappear #2- Wei Wuxian
