Velma rewritten

I got bored and wanted to see if Velma could be salvaged. Turns out there was some decent stuff that just needed a few tweaks! I'll re-write more if anyone comments asking for more. Also, I don't fully read over the source material bc of obvious reasons so if there's anything that should be changed to be less cringy, feel free to tell me

Major changes: Deleted certain parts, Fred has trauma
