Ever since her parents left her as a baby, little Blue Ivy has led a hard-knock life with her calculating foster mother, Miss Diaz. However, all that changes when hard-nosed billionaire and mayoral candidate Beyonce Knowles takes her in on the recommendation of her advisers, Onika Maraj, Shawn Carter. Knowles believes that she's Blue's guardian angel, but the plucky youngster's confidence and sunny outlook may mean that Blue will save Beyoncé instead.
