Katherine Howard is a young, beautiful girl simply trying to have an exciting life. She has high hopes of marrying a lovely courtier and simply living the life in England. Her cousin, Anne Boleyn, was the former Queen of England, and after the most recent queen to Henry VII, Jane Seymour, dies, the king is on the hunt for a new queen.
Follow her story, as she is forced into a traumatic relationship, then travels to the court to be part of the new queen's household. But once she catches the king's eye, he seems to want to be more than just a friend.
This leads up to Katherine's doubts and causes her to wonder: will she follow her cousins footsteps, and become the new queen? But that could only lead to one thing that all the kings wives have in common: death.
