He was just over-reacting, he had to be. This was literally just as simple as him having lost some of his tolerance since the last time he went on a drinking binge and the fact that he was drinking sake that was stronger than what he was used to, the stuff he usually drank coming from sketchier bars that served the shitty stuff the "good" bars didn't want. Not that this bar was good by anyone's standards, they simply didn't care enough to check IDs on people who looked close to the legal age or had ANBU tattoos like himself, which made it good enough . The alarm bells died down a bit at that, only to flare back up stronger than ever when someone pushed into the stall with him and closed the door behind them, wedging Kakashi between their heavy body and the filthy graffiti ridden wall. "Normally you people would have seen that shit coming a mile away, but I guess you being boozed up in advance helped out a bit." PLEASE READ A/N IN THE BEGINNING! (Complete)

Naruto didn't expect anyone to notice-much less care. Feverish and fading, he waited for the world to forget him like it always did. But one person didn't walk away. Kakashi Hatake saw the signs, heard the silence, and made a choice. He stayed. This is the story of a boy who needed saving-and the sensei who refused to let him disappear. I don't own anything except my laptop, brain, Idea, and the story.
