In a futuristic alternate world where eighty years ago, three unnatural people were born with powers. They have all had children with random abilities. They passed on and left their spirits embodied in their abilities. Now searching for worthy users who share a similar cause. The worthy users are found in the stories generation where about 80% of the world has powers, and only 40% have super league powers and 10% don't know how to unleash their potential. The elite high schools in Japan struggle to train heroes to save the world as 15% of those with super-league powers chose villainy.
